A community of 20 townhomes built over four phases in the heart of the Washington Corridor. The Patterson was one of the pioneers in the area and still stands out beautifully today. 

A 13- unit gated community in the Washington Corridor/ Sixth Ward, featuring efficient, compact design, offering high value and great location.

A 16- unit gated condo community that initiated our soaring ceiling designs, and efficient unit plans. Featuring corrugated metal exteriors and commercial grade oversized windows.

A gated community of eight, French Country inspired luxury townhomes in Upper Kirby.  Each unit boasted a large, open floor plan with high end finishes and appliances, as well as an elevator option.

Three large freestanding townhomes in rapidly developing EaDo, these 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom units feature our signature soaring ceilings, open stairs, designer finishes and large roof terraces overlooking downtown.

A unique 4-unit condo building in Midtown, featuring Urban style brick and metal exteriors, and high-end, minimalist interiors. 

Six units built in Upper West End, featuring an innovative design and efficient floor plan. Our concept was to design master suite on the second floor, allowing for soaring ceilings for the kitchen and living area.
