Currently under construction and projected completion in early summer 2020. The first phase of four townhomes is underway, and shall pave the path for the next fifteen townhomes.

McKinney is designed with separate, private driveways, oversized backyards, large windows and custom designer finishes, inspired by the new and popular modern farmhouse style. With four recently completed and sold 2-story homes to happy buyers, we are currently building the next four townhomes with a similar style in a 3-story configuration.
West End
A community of three detached patio homes with unique layouts for custom buyers. Each home is designed to allow for residential and short term rental options.
